Y se cont\u00f3 con la asistencia de 250 participantes, entre autoridades de los tres \u00f3rdenes de gobierno, investigadores, estudiantes y maestros de nivel medio superior y superior, as\u00ed como asociaciones civiles y ciudadan\u00eda en general. <a
