por el Bienestar y Desarrollo del Estado, esta ma\u00f1ana el director general de la CAPA, Hugo Garza S\u00e1enz, recibi\u00f3 de manos de la titular de la SABGOB, Reyna Arceo Rosado, el distintivo de excelencia en el Servicio P\u00fablico en las instalaciones de la Direcci\u00f3n General de la CAPA en Chetumal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con esta acci\u00f3n en cumplimiento, todo el personal de la CAPA refrenda su compromiso de trabajo con este <a
